Habits & check-ins
I missed a day. Did I lose everything?
No. Tick records what happened without scoring you on it. A gap is part of the history, not a failure, and your statistics stay readable either way.
Can I track something I am not trying to improve?
Yes, and that is the point. Observations sit beside goals with the same weight, so you can simply notice a routine without turning it into a target.
Can I change a habit after creating it?
Yes. Its name, illustration and rhythm can all be edited later without losing your history.
Collections & Pro
What is included for free?
The Original illustrations and all core tracking. Nothing is locked behind a wall before you have tried it.
What does Pro add?
Downloadable collections such as Sofubi, Origami, Mecha and Glowline, advanced statistics, the weekly recap and CSV export.
Why did a collection take a moment to appear?
Collections download only when you ask for one, which keeps the app light. A slow connection can delay it; it resumes on its own.
Close ones & privacy
What can my close ones see?
Shared activity only: your profile name, avatar and the days you were active. Never the names of your habits or what you checked in.
Does Tick read what I write?
No. Habit names and notes are stored so they can sync to your devices. Avoid putting personal details about other people in them.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside Tick and tap Delete my account, or write to us from the address linked to the account. See the deletion page.
Deleting the app did not cancel my subscription
Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Still stuck?
Write to us and a human answers. Tell us your device, your app version and what you expected to happen — it usually saves a round trip.
