TickTerms of use.

These terms govern your use of Tick and its optional Pro features.

Using Tick

Tick is a habit-tracking and routine-awareness tool provided by Neolia. You may use it to create habits, record check-ins, explore Discover, connect with close ones and personalize the app. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping access to your linked account secure.

Free and Pro features

The free version supports up to five active habits and the core tracking experience. Tick Pro may unlock unlimited habits, advanced statistics, vacation mode, CSV export, additional themes and downloadable illustration collections. Features may evolve as Tick improves.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, currency, billing period, trial terms and renewal date shown by the store at confirmation are the terms that apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible purchase on a supported account.

Ending Pro access

When a subscription expires or is refunded, Pro-only controls and downloads become unavailable. Tick preserves your data, but may pause habits above the free limit and fall back to free visual settings until Pro is restored. Previously downloaded Pro artwork may be removed from the device.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tick to violate the law, harm another person, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic or publish content you do not have the right to use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Health disclaimer

Tick is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Habit suggestions and statistics are informational. Seek qualified professional advice for medical or mental-health concerns.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Tick reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, Neolia is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of, or inability to use, Tick. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → My account, or follow the public account deletion process. Deleting the account does not cancel an active store subscription.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when Tick or applicable rules change. Material changes will be identified where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@getneolia.com.
