Included hours, response targets, support hours and any carry-over are agreed in writing. Extra work requires your approval. Third-party fees are excluded. Delivery defects are handled under the original project agreement; a plan is not required to receive a conforming delivery.

What is the difference between monitoring and maintenance?

Monitoring detects issues with availability, errors or service usage. Maintenance fixes existing functionality and keeps the technology compatible. Detection does not mean unlimited intervention: the plan specifies the work allowance.

Is a new version or a V2 included?

Small improvements can use your plan’s allowance. A substantial new feature, new module or redesign receives a separate quote. The scope determines this, not the version number.

What about publishing updates?

Preparing, submitting and following up on a release for included work counts toward the plan’s time allowance. Publication of a major new version is included in that version’s quote. Store acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

Can we work together without a monthly plan?

Yes. You can request a quote for a specific intervention or a future version without taking a monthly plan.

We sell to businesses only. Your company name and VAT or tax registration number are required on ordering. Prices are in US dollars and invoiced by Neolia Inc., Dallas, wherever you are; customers in the European Union are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge. We work remotely and take clients in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Third-party costs — developer accounts, hosting and paid services — stay in your name and are not billed through us. Projects over $3,000 start on a 30% deposit.
