Using BubblePop

BubblePop is a casual game provided by Neolia Inc. You may play the free game, personalize it with available styles and purchase optional digital content through Apple App Store or Google Play. No separate BubblePop account is required.

Purchases and restoration

The Starter Pack and individual theme packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices and payment are handled by your store. Non-consumable purchases can be restored on devices using the same store account, subject to the store’s rules. Purchases do not transfer between Apple App Store and Google Play.

Downloadable and seasonal content

Some pieces, backgrounds, sounds or theme information download after purchase. An internet connection is required for purchases, restoration and downloading new content. Seasonal packs may only be offered during stated periods. Purchased non-consumable content remains associated with the applicable store account even when it is not currently offered for sale.

Fair use and intellectual property

BubblePop, its name, artwork, characters, interface and original content belong to Neolia Inc. or are used with permission. You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not redistribute its assets, bypass purchases, interfere with store verification, extract downloadable content for reuse or use the service unlawfully.

Availability

We work to keep BubblePop reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access to online configuration, downloadable packs or store services. The base game can use bundled or cached settings while offline. Features and compatible content may evolve as the game improves.

Responsibility

BubblePop is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, Neolia is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
