Neolia signs you in with Google or Apple. If the sheet closes without returning, check that you are online and that the account you picked is the one you registered with. Still stuck? Write to us with the email address you used.

Yes. The web app runs in your browser at app.getneolia.com with the same account.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Delete my account. You can also request it by email from the address linked to your account. See the deletion page.

Every movement is recorded in your coin history. Paid calls, inbox unlocks, boosts and media sends each leave an entry. If a charge looks wrong, send us the date and we will check the ledger.

Purchases are confirmed by Apple, Google or Stripe before coins are credited. If the store charged you and the balance did not move, send us the receipt and we will reconcile it.

Coin purchases are final except where consumer law says otherwise. Store purchases follow Apple and Google refund policies. A failed translation or a charge for something you did not receive is refunded automatically.

Calls run peer to peer. A weak upload connection on either side is the usual cause. Switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or turning video off, generally fixes it.

Check that notifications are allowed for Neolia in your device settings. If the conversation opens but stays empty, pull down to refresh.

If the engine cannot reach your language it falls back to English rather than failing, and you are charged once. If neither works, the charge is refunded.

Creator earnings are settled through Stripe Connect. You complete Stripe's identity and payment verification once, then payouts follow Stripe's standard timelines.
