Who publishes this website

The project brief
Your answers are used in your browser to prepare a brief. The form does not automatically submit them to Neolia, create an account or save them in browser storage. Copying or downloading a brief keeps a copy under your control. Reloading the page can clear your answers.
Contacting us
If you choose to email us, your email provider sends your message. Neolia receives your address and the information you include to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential customer records.
Leaving feedback
The feedback box on our pages does send what you write to us. We store the message, the page it came from and the moment you sent it. To stop the same visitor flooding the box, we also store a one-way fingerprint of the IP address that sent it; the address itself is not kept and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into one. Leave your email in the message only if you want a reply.
Visiting the website
The site is served through Firebase Hosting. Delivering a page involves technical requests, including your IP address and browser request information, handled by the hosting provider. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to the studio pages.
