Delete your Neolia account
This page explains how Neolia users can request the deletion of their account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
If you still have access to the app: open Settings inside Neolia and tap Delete my account.
If you no longer have access to the app: email neolia.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and request account deletion.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in access to Neolia is removed.
- Your public profile is anonymized and hidden from discovery.
- Your avatar, profile CV, stories, and support-ticket attachments are removed when possible.
- Your active subscriptions and premium-access flags in Neolia are disabled.
What may be retained
- Existing conversation and transaction records may remain in an anonymized form to preserve service integrity, fraud prevention, and auditability.
- Billing, payout, tax, and legally required accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law or payment-provider obligations.
- A minimal deletion log may be retained to prove the request was processed and to prevent abuse.
Processing time
In-app account closure is processed automatically once the request is confirmed. Some retained legal or billing records may persist for the retention period described above.
